On December 20, 2023, we opened our newest self-storage facility, a 66,539 RSF store located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone in Seattle. Situated on a hard corner of a busy intersection, this 3-story building sits in an underserved market that had only 3.7 SF of storage per capita at the time we started construction. This site will eventually include a mixed-use project (a 137-unit apartment building with 10,000 SF of street-level retail space) that is currently under construction and scheduled for delivery in July of this year.
