FRAMINGHAM STORE OPENS

On September 7th, 2022, we opened the main building of our 98,760 RSF project at 71 Bishop Street in Framingham, MA, our first venture in the Boston area. The location checked all the boxes for our site selection team: high household income; high percentage of renters; and very little nearby competition. Public Storage will be managing this store, our 6th completed joint venture project with Mequity Companies.
