MANHATTAN STORE OPENS

On March 28, 2022, we opened a 42,000 rentable square foot facility at 428 E. 92nd Street, in the Upper East Side of New York City. Manhattan is widely considered to be one of the top two storage markets in the world, perhaps second only to Hong Kong. This area is severely undersupplied with storage space due to lack of available sites and restrictive zoning.
