SAN ANTONIO APARTMENTS SOLD

In late 2017, Veritas Family Partners partnered with Avenue Secured to acquire a 324-unit apartment complex in north central San Antonio (rebranded as Apex Apartment Homes). After renovating a third of the units, the venture recently sold the project for close to an 8% IRR over a 33-month investment horizon.
