SITEWORK BEGINS FOR SECOND OPPORTUNITY ZONE PROJECT

Sitework began this week for our second Opportunity Zone project, this one located in the Seattle MSA. The project, expected to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2022, will total 72,000 RSF of storage space. This will be our first joint venture with FivePoint Capital Management, a group based in Miami.
